Review: Two summers ago, Will Ferrell and director Adam McKay teamed for Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy performance of the best improvised comedy screen since gas Christopher (Best in Show, A Mighty Wind) in the scene. This summer, a few Re: banded together for this kind of semi sequel proved by a colon and the head of the notes. Will Ferrell stars as silly mid race car driver Ricky Bobby differ from those in which the main character Ron Burgundy Anchormans more fully, fleshed out. His need for speed on the track is led by the void left by Dad's race car, he (Gary Cole) to stop. Along for the ride as ever, so versatile John C. Riley as perennial sidekick Cal Naughton province literally finished second to him in every race. He had some of his buddy, just once, you can only win once to place with Ricky Bobby, and I see where you're coming from if you win, how I win yourself. Talladega very pleasant subject of satire as strict as it firmly implant themselves in Nascar picks and draws on its composition. In particular, the heavy emphasis on supporting the NASCAR takes a severe beating which is like Ricky Bobby associated Powerade to include in his grace. ensemble of characters who do not produce the same power that the Anchorman, Talladega Nights, but no pieces of priceless humor and it works just as well, perhaps better, feel good movie. |
